The Resilience Process: developing awareness and muscle for a radically changing world.

In this process we soon learn that we must grow resilience on several fronts simultaneously. Technical solutions won’t work without people; people cannot sustain themselves unless their enterprises prosper; prosperity is pointless if the planet dies; and none of us can be effective for long unless we are truly present. The Resilience Process aims to refine the skills we need to stay in and enjoy the game in four key areas

PLANET : Restore and adapt to a damaged and changing environment
THE NATURAL STEP and PERMACULTURE: design languages for sustainable development

PEOPLE : Develop true ubuntu – celebrate diversity and promote trust, respect and curiosity
PROCESS WORK: developing the abaility to value all the voices in our lives, both inside and out
WORLDWORK and RADICAL DIALOGUE: fora for robust, safe and creative conversation

PROSPERITY : Raise the money multiplier to develop sustainable local wealth
SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM (SCIP): a model to empower communities to own, manage and grow their local economies

PRESENCE : Celebrate what is, develop contact with our creative source
BREATHWORK: a methodology to develop personal responsibility and the ability to relax
